It contains posterior probabilities of interacting (dark red) and non-interacting match states (orange) and delete states depending on the sequence position. The probabilities for all other states are not displayed because of their low level. All sites with a posterior probability higher than 0.5 for the interacting match were predicted to interact with a peptide ligand.
