Summary: ISEApeaks retrieves and handles DNA sequencer raw data (peak area and nucleotidic length). This Macintosh package efficiently interfaces GeneScan and Immunoscope softwares to Excel by extracting data from scattered files, organizing data and gathering it into a unique peak database for all samples.

Availability: ISEApeaks is available upon request from the authors.
