Do current sequence analysis algorithms disclose multifunctional (moonlighting) proteins?

Sumary: A number of multifunctional, moonlighting, proteins have been analyzed by different current programs to test wheter they identify both functions. PSI-BLAST and PRODOM perform best in predicting the alternative function.
