   Abstract

Summary: We compute p-values, based on the Wilcoxon test with ties, to compare two conditions with array CGH-data, and provide a simple interface to export and plot these p-values.

Availability: CGHMultiArray is freely available at http://www.win.tue.nl/~markvdw/CGHMultiArray.html.

Supplementary information: Programs, the manual and supplementary information are available on the web site.
